WHEN IS THE ORDER READY? Most orders are ready in 3 Business Days or less.

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER? Orders are sent out USPS. You need to Enter your Information during checkout. USPS cost is low.

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP AT THE SCHOOL? School pickup is only if you see that as a Choice During Check out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. Exchanges are accepted. 1.) If you are near our Oswego, IL location you can bring in the item for exchange. We recommend that you call first. 630-851-0000. 2.) We can do an Exchange via USPS. Customer would need to provide payment for the USPS cost.
